Main Cavity Route and Assembly

Installed PCB, harness and wired pickups to one 5-position switch

Bridge modification

Transfered Variax saddles/pickups to Fender Showmaster trem assy.

Jack Assembly

Routed jack assembly cavity, installed jackplate with 1/4 Variax input and Cat5 connector

Installed controls

Used Variax 5-pos switch, 1 volume for mag pickups, 1 volume for Variax, 1 toggle for selecting Variax or Strat, Variax model selector No tone pots where used. Body is undersized and didn't have room.

Final Assembled Guitar

Strings on, intonated and tuned. Plays rather nice!

Ready for Collen to pick up and try.
